Our founding team
By acquiring sustainability certifications, including those from the Institute for Sustainable Leadership at the University of Cambridge and the SDG Academy, Monika is now an expert for lived sustainability in companies. As a trained interior architect, she learned to think systematically early on.
Throughout her career, she has worked with companies such as Kickstarter, SOS Kinderdorf, Virgin Money, RubyCup, and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. As a lecturer, TEDx speaker, and digital literacy trainer, she discovered her passion for knowledge transfer that promotes different topics and inspires.
Over the years, she’s implemented many changes to her lifestyle and knows the pains and insecurities that come with changing your habits and rituals. Nevertheless, with her designer mindset, she knows how to create systems that make sustainability feel effortless.
An award-winning art director, communication designer and problem solver, Max has created a number of striking, provocative, thoughtful products and campaigns that were recognized by Cannes Lions, ADC Germany, Creative Club Austria, and the Joseph Binder Award.
With his work for brands such as The Austrian Green Party, Adidas, Caritas Wien, Nike or the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and others, his sharp eye and out-of-the-box thinking have been setting new standards for design that works. He is an active member of Circular Berlin, the Systemic Design Association and the DDC Deutscher Design Club.
Max makes sustainability a lived value and creates not only concise branding but also smart campaigns and innovative, individual solutions beyond communication design. Above all, Max pays attention to climate neutrality in his work, from conception to production.
